You may return all merchandise purchased from TecFront, for any reason, for a full refund within 14 days of delivery of your shipment. If the return is a result of our error, such as a defective item, we will also refund the return shipping cost.
Initiating Return Process
To initiate a return request, login to your account by clicking here and, after logging in, on the left navigation-pane, click on Help Desk. Create a new ticket for the “Warranty & Returns Department” and assign an order you wish to initiate a return for. If you do not have an account with us and instead used a guest account to place an order, you can visit https://www.tecfront.ca/contacts and fill out the form there. In this case, you will have to reference the TecFront order number provided to you when you placed the order. In the comment/body section, give us a reason for the return and if you would like an exchange or refund.
